I was greeted by a most pleasant assistant for whom nothing was too much trouble (including that all-rare smile!!). This standard of customer service I cannot recall in any other shop I remember visiting. If you are thinking that this is your usual level of customer service well you can be very proud of your high standards of recruitment!
